Structured Employment Economic Development Co., helps low- to moderate-income families deal with mortgage payments and home purchases through professional housing counseling. Also known as 'SeedCo,' the Structured Employment Economic Development Co.'sNational Housing Counseling Network comprises 48 community-based affiliates in 14 states and the District of Columbia. The Network is certified and funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Services include pre- and post-purchase counseling, rental assistance, assistance for the homeless, foreclosure prevention counseling, and home equity conversion mortgage counseling.
