The Meadows Apartments are subsidized apartments for people 62 years of age or older or the handicapped, disabled regardless of age. The building was constructed in 1994 with funding from U.S.D.A. Rural Development. Tenant incomes cannot exceed a maximum amount based on family size. There are 30 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom units. The two-story building contains an elevator, community room, laundry facilities, storage, and on-site parking. The grounds overlook the village of Tully and the Preble Valley. Two apartments are designed as handicapped accessible, although reasonable accommodations will be made for any handicapped or disabled tenant, as needed.
