Thomas Francis Williams Court Apartments offers low-income housing for the elderly with an annual income of less than $33,050. Residents pay an average of 30% adjusted monthly income for rent, with utilities included.

Residents are required to pay for their own phone bills, but a $20 cable TV package is available for each unit through the complex.

There are 136 single bedroom and 15 two-bedroom units, some of which are designed for mobility-impaired occupants and all of which have smoke alarms and an emergency call system.

Some of the units also have emergency strobe lighting to warn the hearing-impaired.
