The Upper Manhattan Assisting Neighbors, or UCAN Inc., provides services in economic development and affordable housing, as well as educational and cultural programs to build up the community. Specific programs include the Lead Free Program, a program on starting one's own business, Kids Fest, programs on maintaining one's own business, and School is the Move Programs.
