These federal subsidies help residents at these properties to pay just 30 percent of their income in rent.

Yes. I was with the first group to move here, and I lived here for a year and a half. It was quiet. There was a nice issue, but only because the units were new & they were build on field mice territory. I’m sure those issues have dissolved, as it’s been years.
