7/19/19: This complex is NOT ADA COMPLIANT. There is only 1 elevator inconveniently located in the MIDDLE of this large complex. The dumpsters are only on one side of the bldg, so those living on the other side must put their trash bags in their car & DRIVE to the dumpsters. There are USELESS, HEAVY doors everywhere - 2 surrounding the lone elevator on both floors (??) - with no push button access. Ppl in wheelchairs live UPSTAIRS & there is NO SAFE EXIT for them if a disaster happens! The annoying stairwells at each end of each unit block need to be replaced by W/C RAMPS for both emergencies & daily use. ELEVATORS desperately need to be built next to EACH of these ramps where the former stairs were! There are only 8 laundry rooms, each having those annoying, self-closing, heavy, NON-ADA COMPLIANT doors to fight with. (They are not wide enough for wheelchairs.) There is only 1 TINY washer & 1 LARGE dryer per laundry room, yet, there is plenty of room to have 2 washers & 2 dryers in each! Trash & recycle chutes need to be built on both floors & in convenient locations. I suggest next to the laundry room. Night-time security patrol is desperately needed.

Yes. But as a disabled person & this being specifically for the disabled & frail elderly ... too many heavy fire doors, too many stairs, only 1 elevator in entire large complex. You must also drive to the dumpster to get rid of trash/recycle. On site mgmt also has very limited hours. Owned by Buckingham Property Mgmt in Fresno.

2023: NO! Communication is a nightmare. The plumbing & electricity are really bad; there is a complex-wide power outage - except in 1 hall EVERY month. 70% here are disable due to either disease or advanced age. There is only 1 elevator. The WiFi was taken away from us 6/2023 without notice or reason given, of course.
