The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.

This 35-unit development features on-site laundry facilities, recreational space, on-site parking, community room and playground. This complex was originally developed by the Lompoc Housing CDC and changed management, and subsequently ownership, in 2011. This site hosts a head start program through a partner agency.
