Yes, but it's been getting rowdy the last couple of years. Don't let kids or animals out of sight at least.

no two people havor had holes in there bathtubs one did get injured and they didnt cover cost of injery also they have bed bugs infestation aswell as cockroach infestation

Yes, one pet per household under 25 lbs. You have to pay a 300 dollar deposit to keep one or they kick you out.

It varies depending on how many people have been moving out. I think there is a small one.

no if i knew they had bedbugs i wouldnt have moved in now we getting bed bugs every month and only get sprays once i have to wait a month in order to get my apartment sprayed and buildings are poorly kept up to date we have been promised for any re done of our apartments 5 years back and still they claim it still will be done
