Yes. There is an $200 pet deposit. One pet per unit. Certain circumstances might be made for service animalls. Ask the mngr to be sure.

Yes. These apartments price are the lowest around. That being said... It's not a dive or dump. Requests for maintenance are usually completed within 24 hrs. Based on the repair, and providing they have replacement parts, it'll be fixed within 24hrs. The one drawback I have is that there used to be a kids playground. New and safer equipment was to already have been put up immediately. So kids don't have any fun things for them and friends to play and stay out of trouble. People are really nice and friendly. Neighbors look out for neighbors. These apartments are really great starter homes. We have resident's ready to move in. Come on in M 9-6, Wed 11-7, Fri 9-6Tues & Thurs 9-6 at Beaver Meadows

No I don't. The manager of these apartment is continuously in everyone's business and if she don't like you for any given reason she is on you and the person you are visiting instantly. She will not let you have overnight guest. She keeps a lot of drama going throughout the complex.

Yes. Your water, sewer, and trash are included in rent. You are responsible for Gas, Electric, phone, cable, and internet. 28 cable channels are included ifree. Any more than and you'll have to call Spectrum
