Serving the County of Del Norte, CCHA offers a rental assistance program to all families and individuals with a household income not exceeding 50% of the Area Median Income. The program that we administer, "Housing Choice Voucher," is the federal government's largest rental assistance program, serving over 2 million households across the United States. Locally in Del Norte, our agency serves approximately 600 families. Special population vouchers administered by our agency include HUD-VASH, targeting homeless veterans, and Mainstream, targeting non-elderly, disabled households.
