This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.
Eligibility and maximum income restrictions apply. Rental Assistance may be available. Inquire with the manager as to income limits, current rental rates and information regarding the subsidy programs at this property.

Second floor is safer than the first floor. The buildin and property has a flea problem. Some of the people can be very nosey. These are all one bed rooms so familys would be crouded.

best if you say they are comfort animals that make you feel safe. Generally small dogs and cat but they say no pets so if they are for your feeling of comfort that works.

Yes like most of these Apartments there are waiting lists and certifications to go thru and re-certifications because of the sliding scale rents. We just lost our long time manager 9 years Rod don't know why well actually I do, the maitenance man was going to have to have some sugery on his hip he was a retired millitary and the AWI got wind of it and canned them both. It's a shame cause the ladies they have now are blind leading the blind.

If they are very tollerant and patient. Otherwise I would suggest wait a little while so these managers get some dirt under their nails and have a clue.
