Absolutely not! This place looks decent on the outside but the management at this place is just terrible. Its UNBELIEVABLE that this management has not been reconstructed. This place doesn’t care about the concerns of these residents. It doesn’t take a genius to see that the phrase “it’s not what you know, but who you know” reigns true here. This place should be audited on their ill practices and poor management. This manager runs off of emotions with no principles or empathy. How are you managing a facility with such unpleasantness? Customer service should be at the top of their mission statement (if that is their mission statement it needs to be revised to who they really are). It was disappointing to hear the way the staff speaks its residents. For some, a job title “goes to their head” and use their title/position as power to manipulate circumstances to retaliate against those who question policies and/or procedures. An audit should be conducted at this place and speak to the residents and LISTEN to their concerns. Lastly, why be an obstacle to those entities that provide resources to the residents. #concentrationcamp #helpourvets
