HiddenBrooke Apartment Details

Wesley Housing purchased 6 Affordable Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the HiddenBrooke condominium development in October 2005. Units are rented to low-income persons age 55 and older. Fairfax County provided federal HOME funds; VHDA provided mortgage financing through its SPARC program.
