The Hill Country Home Opportunity Council, Inc. is a 501 (3) (c) nonprofit housing agency in Kerrville, Texas. We offer several housing programs for low to medium income households. We build new subdivisions in the Hill Country area providing new 2, 3, & 4 bedroom homes using the USDA direct loan program, which are 100%, low interest, loans with subsidized payments. We also manage revitalization projects, where we will replace substandard housing with new like-kind housing. We offer classes in Budget Management, pre-purchase and post-purchase, and we offer foreclosure intervention and mortgage default counseling.
