LSS income-based communities serve older adults (62+) with limited or restricted resources. These beautiful, socially vibrant communities foster intellectual, physical, and spiritual well-being by supporting older adults with wellness resources and connecting them with friendly neighbors.
Income-based living is core to Lutheran Senior Service's Christian mission. By incorporating HUD 202 federal subsidies and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), we are able to offer housing options to those demonstrating economic need.
