All of the units at Courts of Colfax are one bedroom/one bath with approximately 570 square feet of living space. The units are contained in one single-story building with enclosed hallways connecting the units to the common areas. Amenities include an activity/craft room, beauty salon, technology center. Services arranged by PAH at Courts of Colfax include a meal program/on-site nutrition center managed by a 3rd party service provided. The on-site nutrition center is managed by Real Services, Inc, a nonprofit organization that focusses on providing services to the elderly. Real Services' primary activity at Courts of Colfax is to provide hot, nutritious meals to the Courts of Colfax residents. Over 5,000 meals per year are provided from the Courts of Colfax location.
