Initially it was a nice community of older couples but now it is being over run by drug dealers and drug addicts. The only way to save this community is to convert it to a 55+ and older community.

It is suppose to be low income, everyone is home all day on welfare, yet the driveways are full of brand new Mercedes, Hummers & Cadillacs . strange cars visit all day long but don't stay long!

No, not until they get rid of the drug problem. The only possible way right now is to convert to a 55+ and older community.
