Liberty Safe Haven provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Permanent Supportive Housing
Liberty follows Housing First principles to assist the people it serves in resolving homelessness. Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a combination of supportive services and rental assistance which are intended to create a foundation for people with chronic homelessness histories to rebuild their lives. Permanent Supportive Housing takes place in either scattered site or site-based environments.
Site-based
Liberty has 51 site-based housing units over four properties. In addition to rental assistance, the program has case management and support services located within the building.
