Maybe; location is great but rent keeps getting raised every year :( Bug problem (sugar ants, carpet beetles, fruit flies); they give less than 24 hours notice of anything (apt inspections, water shut off for maintenance, parking lot upgrades, etc); often no one in the office at critical times (rent payment)
