Merritt Lakeside Senior Village is a beautiful new apartment community located at 1222 Borgfeld Road, Schertz, TX 78154.  Our community Offers one and two bedroom rental apartment homes to those 55 years of age and older.

We provide a wide array of monthly resident activities and have many modern features for our residents to relax and enjoy themselves, such as a pool with spa, a movie theater, state of the art fitness center, a computer business center and a convenient on premises hair salon.  In addition, we have apartment homes that are equipped for mobility, hearing and visually impaired.

Merritt Lakeside Senior Village offers one bedrooms with rent ranges of $265 to $607 per month.  Two bedroom rent ranges from $313 to $716 per month (call for current rates as they are subject to change). 

 Income restrictions do apply and all household’s income and assets must be verified.  Some rental price ranges will  have a waitlist and may not be immediately available.  Although our on-site office is currently no open, please advise anyone interested to call 512-5121 for further information. 

Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
