They try their hardest. I can only attest to the unit I'm living in and not all 50, but the one I'm living in has 2 screens missing on windows, runs out of hot water very quickly, outlets rarely work and are too big for standard plugs. None of the bedrooms have ceiling lights so you need to have lamps (it sucks if you have toddler kids like I do) the fire alarm is very sensitive. Heat works great, electricity is easy to keep under 100 a month. There is a playground on the corner, but it's broken and a little rusty so I don't let my kids near it.

The pet needs to be listed as a service animal. Such as a seeing-eye dog or an emotional support animal. I have my cat because she is an anxiety cat.

It depends on the number of bedrooms you're looking for. 1 and 2 usually have an opening but 3 beds are usually always full.
