Safe Harbors of the Hudson is unique and innovative project, the first of its kind in the nation which combines well designed, affordable supportive housing with the restoration of an historic theater, and an art gallery located within the same property.
The cornerstone residence houses a mixed tenancy of 128 single adults that include the formerly homeless, veterans, the disabled, those living with a mental health diagnosis, artists and low-income working adults in need of affordable housing.
