All of our rooms include a twin bed, a dresser or wardrobe and a small refrigerator. Shared bathroom facilities are available on each floor. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities are also available.
Although Tender Mercies does not serve 3 meals a day, on most days at least one meal is provided by community volunteers. There are often donated food items available and residents are provided with information about local pantries and soup kitchens.
Upon moving in, residents can be provided with some basic assistance (sheets, towels, clothing, hygeine items) if needed. There is a $50 security deposit for all buildings.

Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

Apartment Rates
We provide current apartment rates on many listing pages. Most HUD listings do not have published rates. They are based on 30% of the renters adjustable gross income. You will need to contact the apartments to determine if you qualify for income based rent.
