H.I.T Foundation owns and manages rental properties throughout Preble County that we make available to families at affordable rates that don't exceed 30% of their income. Our houses are well maintained and set the standard for safe, quality, affordable properties a family can call home. Because the demand for affordable housing in our county is so high, clients that want to rent a HIT Foundation property are placed on a waiting list and move in as properties become available.
