We are a one bedroom 55 and better LIHTC community. We offer a large storm shelter inside the building. We provide washers and dryers in each unit. Each apartment has their own security alarm. They are lovely apartments you don't want to miss out on calling your own. *income restrictions apply. We are under construction but plan on completion January 2nd 2021. We are encouraging you to apply now.
