The Partnership Community Development Corporation (TPCD) is dedicated to building healthy communities in West and Southwest Philadelphia by securing economic opportunities for low to moderate-income households through the provision of affordable homeownership.
 

TPCDC has developed or co-developed 360 units of affordable housing in West Philadelphiafor both rental and homeownership.
