Park Housing provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

    Community Room open 7 days a week from 7 am 8 pm (reserve through HPRA)
    Laundry Room open Monday-Saturday from 7 am 8 pm
    Youth Program for ages 6-12 open Monday-Friday from 2:30 pm 6:30 pm (vacation and summer from 12 pm 5 pm)
    Teen Program for ages 13-18 open Monday Friday from 6:30 pm 9:30 pm
    Adult Education open Monday Thursday in the morning, afternoon, and some evenings
    Jobs Plus Providence site with adult education, workforce development, clothing closet, resume writing, and job placement assistance.
