Park Grand Apartments is a 60-unit low-income apartment community located just a few blocks away from the 10 and 60 freeways in the city of Pomona and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a senior center, a medical clinic and public transportation. We have on-site laundry facilities and professionally landscaped grounds. Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 18 years-old at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) annual income limits.
