THEY PREY ON VULNERABLE SINGLE, OR ELDERLY PEOPLE THAT MAYBE NON FILER TAX PAYERS ,THEY HAVE A BOND PROGRAM THAT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST,OR ABOUT ONE WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE BEFITS THAT IT OFFERS FOR YOU OR FOR THEIR OWN REASONINGS, SO THEY CAN USE YOU IN THEIR TAX CREDIT PROGRAM TO GAIN PROFITS AND WRITE OFFS ON THEIR TAXES. WHAT YOU MAY SIGN FOR RECERTIFICATION YOU MAY NOT GET ANY COPIES OF AND IF YOU REFUSE TO SIGN THEY WILL GIVE YOU A TERMINATION NOTICE TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY, THEIR LEASE HOLDS YOU FULLY RESPONSIBLE AND THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO READ OVER THE LEASES THEY READ OVER IT WITH YOU THEY LEAVE OUT THE MOST IMPORTANT VALID INFORMATION WHAT THEY ARE AND AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR , THEY FAIL ALL CIVIL CODES FOR TENANTS, THEY WILL FIND WAYS TO EVICT YOU, AS WELL RETALIATE AGAINST YOU RAISE YOUR RENT EVEN IF YOU ARE LOW INCOME OR YOUR INCOME DROPS. THEY WILL CHARM YOU TO THE FULLEST WHAT BUSINESS YOU TELL LANDLORD/MANGER TELLS YOUR BUSINESS AMOUNG WORKERS IN THE OFFICE AS WELL THE MAINTENANCE. THEY SHOW SOME FAVORITISM TO A SELECTIVE GROUP, AND THOSE ONES ARE HER SNITCHES AND THEY ARE THE ONES YOU WOULD THINK WOULD BE KICK OUT FOR WHAT ACTIVITY THAT ISN'T ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES..
