Safe is.....a relative term when it comes to family. I wouldnt let a child below the age of 14 out alone in the complex after 4pm. Even then, id be hard pressed to let that child out now. its de-evolved since i first moved in from a quiet, safe, occasional party and family environment to down right scary sometimes now. I hesitate to even let my 19 yr old go get the mail some times as it forces him to walk through the whole complex. So long answer short, no, is not safe.

Yeah, seems they went from no pets, except therapy and ESA animals to pet free for all. But, they still seem to have a problem with the so called "dangerous breeds". So you might want to look those up and get yourself letters if your animal is trained to be therapy or esa then you're cleared.

The only 2 crimes that housing does not allow are drug offenses and sex offenders, other than that, if you're not on housing i don't think they're going to care unless you're an escaped felon.

Personally id say try somewhere else unless you sleep really deep or have a sound machine or you dont mind living around constant noise.
