Service animals of course. But the current property management has a no pet policy. You will see tenants with pets as the purple moved in prior to the change.

Yes. It very affordable, close to shopping and bus lines. Just be aware of your neighbors and respectful of the property.

It an older building so the is no had. Everything is ran of of electric. Heat, hot water and air conditioning. If you are not paying attention out can get expensive. My first winter I got an electruc bill for over $300 for one month.
