A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents personal needs.

Rental of the apartment for one month, as well as heat, water and a utility allowance. The utility allowance is a certain amount taken off of the residents rent payment, to help the resident pay the utility bills. The allowance amount is based on average usage for the apartment and may change annually. Residents will still receive gas and electric bills, but the allowance is intended to help pay for them. Residents may also still be eligible for energy assistance from other sources.
