Valencia Vista provides 75 units of high-quality, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families in the heart of San Bernardino.
The community features a community center, after-school program facilities, computer lab, children’s play area, swimming pool, and outdoor gathering spaces. Aligned social services will be delivered on-site to provide residents the tools and support they need to move toward financial independence.

Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.
