Vista Park I & II is a 62+ senior community of 3 story buildings that offers one bedroom apartment homes for older adults. Some amenities include a nicely landscaped courtyard, community room with full kitchen, a library and a computer learning center with an instructor. All of the essentials – shopping center with a supermarket, bank, drugstore, restaurant, and post office – are within walking distance. Public transportation is available directly in front of the buildings. A Social Service Coordinator assists with activities and special events.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.
Eligibility and maximum income restrictions apply. Rental Assistance may be available. Inquire with the manager as to income limits, current rental rates and information regarding the subsidy programs at this property.
Retirement living apartments for senior citizens under (HUD) subsidy/tax credits and tax bonds. The Head of household must be 62 years or older and meet income level restrictions. Income and eligibility are verified as specified by HUD.
TIP: Knowing About LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) units for rent.
Income from all of the adults expected to reside at this apartment must be included and verified at application time. Call for more details.
