Esperanza Apartments is a lovely affordable community for older adults and persons who are mobility impaired (age 55 and older). The community is located just off the Light Rail in Seattle. Our modern, one-bedroom apartments are conveniently located next to parks, Seattle Senior Centers, community gardens, shopping, churches, and more.
Our community is reserved for residents who earn less than 60 percent of the area median gross income ($37,980) for one person and $43,380 (for two people). Minimum income requirement is $1,512 per month.
There is a limit of 2 tenants that can live in a 1 bedroom apartment. The head of household must be at least 55 years of age or older.
Pets are allowed (no exotic pets, snakes) and birds must be caged. Your pet must weigh less than 25 pounds. All pets require management approval and must have their proof of rabies shots. The pet deposit is $150.
Section 8 Vouchers are welcomed and are a replacement for the minimum income requirement.
Pets are welcome but require a deposit and there is a size limitation.
