Webster Ii provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

This program helps people with moderate incomes find affordable housing. The rents are lower than the market rates, but you have to pay the full rent yourself. The program is not based on your income, but on the income limit for your area. You can only join the program if your household income is below that limit.

Webster Apartments offers affordable housing through Section 42, a program that gives tax credits to landlords who rent to low-income tenants.
