MILDEW AND FUNGUS BY ONLY SHAMPOOING THE CARPET INSTEAD OF GUTTING THE ENTIRE BUILDING PER HEALTH CODE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRAINED STAFF BARKER MGMT INC REFUSED TO KEEP THE MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS OF APT UNTIS AND BUILDING UP TO CODE. STAFF INSTRUCTS MAINTENANCE STAFF TO ENTER APT ILLEGALLY; SEAL ITEMS FROM TENANTS APT, EAT TENANT FOOD, DRINK TENANTS ALCOHOL, SLEEP IN THEIR BEDS WHEN TENANT IS GONE, MULTIPLE GOVERNMENT HAVE MADE REPORTS.
