Westview Terrace Apartments offers apartment properties under the Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) program.
The rents are based on the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant-based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide low rates for low-income tenants.
The program is designed for individuals and families with moderate incomes, allowing below-market rents for those who qualify.
** It is not a subsidized housing program, as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
To be income eligible, your total household gross income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.

No, it's not safe. There is too much bad things going on here. Gangs, Cars get broken into regularly here and the gated entry is only useful for preventing random vehicles from entering. Only residents have codes to drive into the lot but once you park inside your vehicle is not safe. The outside lamps are not sufficient to provide lighting they are a mere glow. Add to it that anyone can walk into the premises and enter the dark lot having full access to all vehicles and no traffic due to restricted lot and glow bulbs for lights, no wonder the cars are regularly broken into.
