All residents must be 62 years of age or older and meet federal program requirements, including being eligible for Section 8 Vouchers. All residents receive Section 8 Vouchers from the Northumberland County Housing Authority, so rents are based on 30% of the household's adjusted gross annual income. Rent includes all utilities except phone and TV and residents can enjoy the community room with kitchen or other beautifully decorated sitting areas.
