Yes they are safe to a degree. The bathtubs are a little low, and depending on if you take a bath and if you healthy enough to get up, you may have trouble getting out. It is not really a place for those with special needs are impaired. You CAN live here, but it may be a bit hard for you to do so.

None are allowed. There were some cases when special needs service animals were allowed with special permission, however the apartments are under a new company now.

Yes. There is a waiting list, and if you decide to stay here, I would hurry to get a place in line, even if there are no places available.

If you want a quiet place to live, but watch out for kids on bikes and playing outside. During holidays, watch out for fireworks they can get loud.
