About Jennifer

Hi! I am a cancer patient in Pensacola and I am looking for affordable housing and an affordable, safe car for myself and my two children. Cancer has cost me a lot and my credit has suffered so that I can pay living expenses. I’m making things work, but, would like to have things be a bit more peaceful and less stressful now that I am so sick. I have a car, but, I am unsure of how long I can continue to make payments on it. Any suggestions Or donations would be great. I also need furniture and household donations. Literally, anything helps

Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

Apartment Rates

We provide current apartment rates on many listing pages. Most HUD listings do not have published rates. They are based on 30% of the renters adjustable gross income. You will need to contact the apartments to determine if you qualify for income based rent.
