About Theresa

We are still looking for help, my daughter and I. It’s extremely had with a two day job and no help living in a state with no family near. It is going to be the cold weather soon and still out of an apartment. I still continually call shelters and other resources on a daily basis to find help for us. Being a single mother is hard. And even harder with working only two days. We have been out of a place since April of this year. Please if you can help it’ll be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time.

Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

Apartment Rates

We provide current apartment rates on many listing pages. Most HUD listings do not have published rates. They are based on 30% of the renters adjustable gross income. You will need to contact the apartments to determine if you qualify for income based rent.
